COVID-19
As from the 7th of August 2021, the Welsh Government moved the country to Alert Level 0.
This meant that some but not all of the restrictions were lifted, but the following rules remained.
- Businesses, employers and other organisations must continue to undertake a specific coronavirus risk assessment and take reasonable measures to minimise exposure to, and the spread of, coronavirus.
- Everyone must continue to self-isolate for 10 days if they test positive for Covid-19. If you are a close contact of someone who has tested positive and you are aged 18 or over and not fully vaccinated, you must also self-isolate for 10 days.
- Adults and children aged 11 and over must continue to wear face-coverings in indoor public places, with the exception of hospitality settings such as restaurants, pubs, cafes or nightclubs.
To this effect, Rees Astley IFA Limited have updated our coronavirus risk assessment in line with the new regulations, sight of which can be requested at any time.
As well as offering remote review meetings, such as via Zoom, MS Team, Skype etc we are now and have been over the summer months, offering the opportunity to meet at your home, should you feel comfortable with this. We would kindly ask that all such appointments are held either outside or within a well-ventilated space in order to minimise the risk of coronavirus exposure.
From the 7th of August, we have also opened our office to client visits, but this is strictly by appointment only; drop in appointments are no longer available and the office is not currently open to the public.
We will use our client offices on a rotational basis in order to be able to sanitise and ventilate them thoroughly between each client appointment. Sanitiser stations are readily available for use throughout the building.
We would like to reassure ensure our clients, that we endeavour to take every opportunity to mitigate the risks to both our clients and ourselves, in as much as we sanitise our hands, hold meetings in a well-ventilated space, wear face masks if it is felt appropriate, maintain social distancing, record client meetings on our own "track & trace" system; all in accordance with current Welsh Government guidelines.
Please rest assured that the safety of both our clients and our staff is of the utmost importance
